中文摘要: 探讨姬松茸多糖对小鼠免疫功能和抗疲劳作用的影响。 成年小鼠 40 只随机分为对照组、 姬松茸多糖低剂量 组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组 10 只。分别以生理盐水、100、150、 200 mg/kg 浓度姬松茸多糖灌胃给药,持续 10 d,对小 鼠进行抗疲劳试验和相关免疫指标的测定。姬松茸多糖显著提高小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数(中剂量时 P<0.05;高剂量时 P<0.01);姬松茸多糖显著提高小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数,增加小鼠血清中 IL-6 和 TNF-α 的含量,提高 CD4+、CD8+细胞计数; 并能延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间和负重游泳时间,提高小鼠血清中 SOD 活性,降低 MDA 含量。姬松茸多糖增强能够小鼠 免疫功能和抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:To discuss the effect of the mice immune function and fatigue resistance about Agaricus blazei polysaccharide. We divided adult mice into 4 groups randomly. There were the control group, low-dose group, middle-dose group and high- dose group. Each group of them had ten mice. They were injected gavage admin- istration by weight molal, such as 100, 150, 200 mg/kg. It continued 10 d, and then measured the anti-fatigue experiment and related immune index of these mice. According to this experiment, Agaricus blazei polysaccha- ride promoted the index of spleen and thymus remarkably, increased the content of IL-6 and TNF-α in the mice serum, increased the cell count of CD4+ and CD8+, extended the time of normal pressure hypoxia and weight loading swimming, promoted the activity of the SOD in the mice serum, and reduced the contend of MDA.
