中文摘要: 建立高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的方法,考察直接进样法的检测波长、洗脱强度、流动相 pH 值、柱 温、样品 pH 值等因素对酒样分离的影响,建立 HPLC 检测葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的方法,相关系数 r 为 0.999 9 ,线性范 围为 1 mg/L ~20 mg/L,精密度、稳定性、回收率试验的 RSD 分别为 1.16 %、2.9 %和 1.25 %,酒样检测发现白藜芦醇的含 量随酒的年份和品种变化,品种间比较结果为:蛇龙珠最优,梅鹿辄、赤霞珠、霞多丽次之,贵人香最低,其中蛇龙珠含量 高达 6 mg/L。
Abstract:The effects of detection wavelength,solvent strength,mobile phase pH,column temperature, sample pH and other factors on the separation of wines were examined.A direct injection HPLC method for determina- tion of resveratrol in wine was established. The correlation coefficient r was 0.999 9, linear range was 1 mg /L-20 mg/L, RSD of precision experiment, stability experiment and recovery experiment were 1.16 %, 2.9 % and 1.25 % respectively.It was found that resveratrol content of wines varied with years and varieties,its changing law was:Cabernet Gernischt was the best chioce,Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay took second, the last was Riesling. Resveratrol content in Cabernet Gernischt was up to 6 mg /L.
