中文摘要: 利用二氧化钛纳米管固相萃取柱萃取和气相色谱仪检测,建立了一种三七样品农药残留量的检测方法。样品 采用丙酮进行超声提取,提取液经二氧化钛纳米管固相萃取柱萃取后采用乙酸乙酯和正己烷(体积比为 1 ∶ 1)混合溶剂 进行洗脱,洗脱液浓缩蒸干后于气相色谱仪进行检测,并加入内标物氘代二嗪农进行定量分析,采用该方法对三七样品 中的甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、敌百虫、乐果、乙拌磷、甲基对硫磷 、毒死蜱等 8 种有机磷农药含量进行了测定。检测 结果表明,8 种农药平均加标回收率为 81.36 %~100.66 %,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)为 2.21 %~4.28 %,定量限 LOQ,均小 于 4 μg/kg,该方法具有较高的检测灵敏度和准确性,可满足三七样品中多种痕量有机磷农药残留的分析要求。
Abstract:A test method of pesticides residue quantity in Panax notoginseng has been established by means of titanium dioxide nanotube solid phase extraction(SPE)and gas ch romatography analysis technology. Pesticides in the samples were extracted with acetone as the extracting agent by means of ultrasonication and concentrated by solid phase extraction using titanium dioxide nanotube as extractor. hen the mixture of ethyl acetate and hex- ane with the volume ratio of 1 ∶ 1 mL was used to elute pesticides from the extractor. Finally, pesticide concen- tration in the eluant was detected by gas chromatography analysis technology. Residue quantities in Panax noto- ginseng of 8 kinds of organophosphate, Methamidophos, Dichlorvos, Acephate, Trichlorfon, Dimethoate, Disulfoton, Parathion-methyl and Chlorpyrifos have been measured by using this newly established method. The results show that the average recovery rate of these 8 kinds of pesticides is 81.36 %-100.66 %, the relative standard deviation(RSD, n=3) is 2.21 %-4.28 %, and Quantitation limit is less than 4 μg/kg. The method has higher detection sensitivity and accuracy, which can satisfy the analyzing requirement of variety of trace organophosphorus pesticide residues in Panax notoginseng.
