中文摘要: 通过对检测条件的优化,制备高特异性、高稳定性、高敏感的 MIP-AuNPs-GCE 电化学传感器,建立新型的组 胺检测方法。通过对该传感器的电极电化学行为进行研究,分析出了电极电化学行为的变化规律,还对 AuNPs 的信 号放大作用进行了验证。 该方法的检测时间 < 30 min, 标准曲线为:Y = 2.953 lgX + 1.968,R2 = 0.998 8, 最低检测限 (LOD):0.22 ng/mL, 检测范围:0.25 ng/mL~100 ng/mL。 以豆腐乳作为实际样品进行加标回收试验, 加标回收率位于 93.57 %~103.93 % 之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)位于 0.93 %~3.08 % 之间,各检测水平之间的差异具有统计学意义。
Abstract:By the optimization of the experimental conditions, a MIP-AuNPs-GCE electrochemical sensor was established which had a very good specificity, stability, and selectivity for histamine detection. The electrochem- ical behaviors of the electrode were studied and its change regulation was obtained. The signal amplification effect of AuNPs was also verified. Electrochemical measurements were performed via electrochemical impedance spec- troscopy(EIS)and the calibration curve obtained. The calibration curve formula was Y = 2.953 lg X + 1.968(R2 = 0.998 8). The minimum detection limit of the established method was 0.22 ng/mL. The sensing technique allows for the detection of histamine in the wide range from 0.25 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL and detection time less than 30 min. The content of histamine in fermented bean curd samples were also detected using the spiked recoveries method. The determination results indicated good recoveries , ranging from 93.57 % to 103.93 %, with relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.93 % to 3.08 %. The detection results had a good statistical significance.
