中文摘要: 采用微波纤维素酶法提取山药多糖,并利用苯酚一硫酸法测定多糖的含量。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正 交试验和响应曲面法进一步优化工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:微波功率 662 W、酶加量 0.2 %、酶解时间 64 min、微波时间 50 s,山药多糖提取量为 32.42 mg/g。
Abstract:Yam polysaccharide was extraced by microwave-enzyme synergistic method and its content was de- termined by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid. Orthogonal test and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extraction of yam polysaccharide based on the results of single factor experiments. The results showed that the best extractive technique conditions were as follows: microwave power 662 W, enzyme concen- tration 0.2 %, enzyme digestion time 64 min, microwave time 50 s. And the content of extracted yam polysac- charide was 32.42 mg/g under the conditions.
