中文摘要: 以总皂苷含量和浸膏提取率的综合评分为指标,采用正交设计试验考察提取时间、提取次数和料液比对籽 瓜皮胶囊醇提工艺的影响。以颗粒合格率、休止角、吸湿率为考察指标,采用单因素试验考察该胶囊的辅料种类和用 量。最佳提取工艺为加入 10 倍量的 80 %乙醇,80 ℃水浴提取 3 次,每次 90 min,总皂苷得率为 6.11 %,浸膏得率为35.58 %。籽瓜皮醇提物经过大孔树脂纯化后,以可压性淀粉为填充剂,30 %乙醇为黏合剂制软材,将所制得的颗粒灌 装于 1 号胶囊中,即得符合质量要求的籽瓜皮提取物胶囊。优化的提取工艺有效成分提取率高,制剂处方设计合理, 胶囊中功效成分含量稳定。
Abstract:Taking composite score of contents of total saponins and dry extract rate as index, orthogonal test was adopted to investigate influence of extraction time, extraction times, the amount of the seed melon peel on alco- hol extraction process. In passing rate of particles, angle of repose, moisture absorption of the indexes, single factor test study materials types and amounts of the capsule. Optimum extraction process consisted of adding 10-fold of 80 % alcohol, extracting 3 times, 90 min for each time. Yield of total saponins was 6.11 %, dry extract rate was 35.58 %. The seed melon peel alcohol extract after macroporous resin purification to dry extract pow- der, adding 30 % starch, mixing evenly, with 30 % ethanol made of soft material, the grain filling in No. 1 capsule,which was consistent with quality requirements of the seed melon peel extract capsule.
