中文摘要: 利用酸性热水浸提法提取杨桃多糖,通过研究影响杨桃多糖提取率的 4 个因素:料液比、温度、提取时间、提 取次数进行单因素的研究。采用正交试验定了杨桃多糖最佳的提取工艺是:料液比为 1 ∶ 4(体积比),浸提时间是 3 h, 提取温度是 80 ℃,提取次数 3 次,各因素影响杨桃多糖提取率的次序是:温度>料液比>浸提时间>提取次数。杨桃多 糖的最佳的纯化工艺是:用无水乙醇沉淀多糖(多糖液与乙醇的体积比是 1 ∶ 5),活性炭脱色,Savage 法脱蛋白。最后 用透析袋进行透析得到灰白色粉末状的杨桃多糖。 杨桃多糖对羟基自由基的清除率随着杨桃多糖的浓度增大而增 大。清除羟基自由基的能力最高可达 51.49 %。当杨桃多糖的浓度达到一定时,多糖对羟基自由基的清除率受杨桃多 糖的影响不大。

Abstract:This study was the use of hot water extraction of acidic polysaccharides carambola, starfruit four fac- tors polysaccharide extraction rate by studying effects: liquid ratio, temperature, extraction time, extraction times to study single factor. By orthogonal set of carambola best extraction of polysaccharides were: Solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 4, extraction time was 3 hours, extraction temperature was 80 ℃, extracting 3 times, the factors af- fecting the rate of the order of carambola polysaccharide are: temperature> liquid ratio> extraction time> extrac- tion times. Best carambola polysaccharide purification process were: anhydrous ethanol precipitated polysac- charide(multiple sugar and ethanol volume ratio was 1 ∶ 5), active carbon, Savage Law deproteinized. Finally, dialysis bag and dialyzed to obtain a white powder carambola polysaccharide. Carambola polysaccharide hydrox- yl radical scavenging rate increased as the concentration increases carambola polysaccharides. Ability to scav- enge hydroxyl radicals was up to 51.49 %. When the concentration reached a certain carambola polysaccharide, the polysaccharide hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was not affected carambola polysaccharides.
