中文摘要: 研究铁皮石斛水提物对高脂血症模型小鼠降血脂的作用。以正常小鼠为对照,将高脂血症昆明小鼠分为高脂 模型组、铁皮石斛低、中、高剂量组和辛伐他汀组阳性药物对照组、分别进行灌胃处理,测定小鼠体重,血清中总胆固醇( TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果表明:铁皮石斛水提物能有效降低高脂 血症小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),提高小鼠血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),有效降低低密度脂 蛋白(LDL-C)/高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的比率。与模型组相比,辛伐他汀与铁皮石斛对高血脂症及其引发的高血糖有辅 助治疗作用。
Abstract:In order to investigate the functions of water extract from Dendrobium officinale for decreasing blood lipid on the mice model with hyperlipidemia. Compared with the normal mice, the mice model with hyperlipi- demia were divided into 5 groups designnated as hyperlipidemia model groups, water extract from Dendrobium officinale groups at low, middle and high dosages and simvastatin as positive control group. Treated by intragas- tric administration for the determination of the weight of mice. Total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) of serum was evaluated. The results showed that the water extract form Dendrobium officinale groups can effectively reduce hyperlipidemia mice total cholesterol (TC)and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) of serum, improve the serum high density lipoprotein (HDL-C)of serum, reduce the ratio of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) / high density lipoprotein(HDL -C) effectively. Compared with the model group, simvastatin and Dendrobium officinale has adjuvant therapy on high blood glucose caused by hyperlipidemia.
