中文摘要: 选取了 7 种培养基成分,通过 L18(37)正交试验研究了黄豆粉、酵母膏、葡萄糖、硫酸镁、硫酸铁、磷酸二氢钾、维 生素 B1 这 7 种成分对杏鲍菇菌丝得率和胞外多糖得率的影响。结果表明,黄豆粉、酵母膏、葡萄糖、维生素 B1、磷酸二氢 钾硫酸镁对菌丝得率和胞外多糖得率均有显著的影响,其中黄豆粉对菌丝得率的影响非常显著。L18(37)正交试验优化 后的配方为:黄豆粉 3 %、酵母膏 0.1 %、葡萄糖 3 %、硫酸镁 0.05 %、硫酸铁 0.01 %、磷酸二氢钾 0.05 %、维生素 B1 0.001 %。此条件下,菌丝得率和胞外多糖得率分别达 9.692 g/L、537 mg/L。此结果与未优化组合相比较,菌体和多糖产量 分别提高 6.3 %、7.6 %。
Abstract:Seven medium were selected, the effect of soybean powder, yeast extract, glucose, magnesium sul- fate, ferric sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and vitamins B1 on the yield of hyphae and polysaccharide was studied through L18(37)orthogonal experiment, orthogonal experiment analysis showed that toybean powder, yeast extract, glucose, vitamins B1, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium sulfate appreciable im- pact, and soybean powder which is the important factor affected the yield of hyphae more significantly. The op- timum conditions were: soybean powder 3 %, yeast extract 0.1 %, glucose 3 %, magnesium sulfate 0.05 %, ferric sulfate 0.01 %, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.05 % and vitamins B1 0.001 %. Under the optimal cir- cumstances, the yield of hyphae and polysaccharide can be up to 9.692 g/L、537 mg/L, respectively. The results compared with the not optimized combination showed that hyphae and polysaccharide yield respectively in- creased by 6.3 % and 7.6 %.
