中文摘要: 利用单因素和正交试验对超声波乙醇浸提法提取何首乌茎叶总黄酮的工艺进行优化,并对何首乌茎叶总黄酮 的抗运动疲劳作用进行研究。结果表明,超声波乙醇浸提法提取何首乌茎叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:超声时间 40 min,乙 醇浓度 70 %,料液比 1 ∶ 40(g/mL),提取温度 80 ℃,在此工艺条件下何首乌茎叶总黄酮的得率可达 2.49 %。小鼠跑台力 竭实验和负重游泳实验表明何首乌茎叶总黄酮具有良好的抗运动疲劳能力。
Abstract:The ultrasonic and ethanol immersion extraction process of flavonoids from stalks and leaves of Polygonum multiflorum thunb (FSLPMT) was optimized using the single factor experiment and orthogonal ex- periment. In addition, the anti-exercise-fatigue activity of FSLPMT was studied. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition of FSLPMT using ultrasonic and ethanol immersion extraction method was: ultra- sonic extraction time 40 min, volume fraction of ethanol 70 %, liquid material ratio 1 ∶ 40 (g/mL), and ultra- sonic extraction temperature 80 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the obtained rate of FSLPMT was 2.49 %. The results of the treadmill test and weight-loaded swimming test showed that FSLPMT had a good resistance to movement fatigue.
