Abstract:The development of food machinery determines the rise and fall of the food industry. Stir as an essen－ tial part of food processing technology， which greatly affects the quality of the food. The working principle of the food machine mixing was studied， including fixed container type mixer， the mixer and mix the material in the blender container back to transformation. The development of automatic food feeding system was studied， in－ cluding transport system， main ingredient feeding device and material feeding device. A double pendulum rod structure of hydraulic drive was proposed and the Matlab software had been used for studing its motion patterns.
