中文摘要: 分析了我国食品机械的发展现状,详细阐述了近几年食品机械中暴露的食品安全问题。分别从自动化水平、 机械腐蚀、润滑油规范、致病性细菌 4 个方面叙述其问题所在,并逐一介绍了其防范对措和目前正在应用和研究的新 技术。指出我国食品安全与食品机械的精密关联性,提出了我国食品机械改善建议。
Abstract:The development status of food machinery in China were analyzed. The food safety problems exposed in food machinery in recent years were introduced in detail. These problems were described through the four as- pects: the level of automation, mechanical erosion, lubricating oil specification, and pathogenic bacteria. The prevention measures and the applications and researches of new technologies were introduced one by one. The relatedness between food safety and food machinery in China was pointed out, and the improving suggestions of food machinery were put forward.
