Abstract:The problems of food safety broke out frequently. The effects of administrative regulation on food safety have been questioned. The regulatory task of food safety becomes more difficult and more complex， so the quality and safety of food is difficult to control effectively by the single mode of government administrative regu－ lation. Through the analyses on situation of food safety regulation， the characteristic are pointed out.The third-party certification of food safety strengthens the concept of serving with advanced techniques. The measures of prevention in advanceare adopted to control food safety. The third-party certification will be collaborative with government to control food safety effectively.
