Abstract:The traditional food logistics supply chain system was introduced. The reasons of the formation of the supply chain and operational mechanism as well as the problems existing in the traditional supply chain system were analyzed. The evolution of the supply chain to the integrated supply chain process was introduced. The food logistics operation mode of the integrated system was analyzed as well. In the end， Zhejiang Linan was used as an example for analyzing the operation of the new type of integrated supply chain strategy. The advantages and problems were summarized in order to better further development.
