中文摘要: 建立一种用高效液相色谱-PDA 检测法测定运动饮料中甜菊糖苷的检测方法。 样品前处理采用硅胶固相萃 取小柱进行富集和净化,氮气吹干后用流动相复溶上机检测。采用 Waters RP C18 色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)分 离,以乙腈 ∶ 水=30 ∶ 70(体积比)作为流动相,用 PDA 检测器检测,外标法峰面积定量。结果表明,9 种甜菊糖苷组分在20.0 μg/mL~200.00 μg/mL 浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数 r2 为 0.991~0.999,检出限在 1.0 μg/mL~3.0 μg/mL,定量限 为 3.0 μg/mL~9.0 μg/mL,加标回收率达到 81.4 %~90.5 %。
Abstract:A rapid and effective method was established for the determination of steviol glycosides in sports drink by high performance liquid chromatography-PDA detection method. The samples were concentrated and purified by silica gel solid phase extraction column.The elution liquid was dried under nitrogen, and detected af- ter re-dissolution with mobile phase. The separation of targeted compound was performed on a Waters RP C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile ∶ water (30 ∶ 70) as mobile phase, with PDA detector and external standard method peak area quantification. The linear range of nine kinds stevioside components was in the range of 20.0 μg/mL-200.0 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.991-0.999. The de- tection limit was 1.0 μg/mL-3.0 μg/mL and the quantitative limit was 3.0 μg/mL-9.0 μg/mL. The recovery rate was 81.4 %-90.5 %.
