中文摘要: 通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定花生油中铅的含量, 在磷酸二氢铵和硝酸镁混合溶液作为基体改进剂,灰 化温度 850 ℃,原子化温度 1 600 ℃的条件下,测得样品花生油中铅含量≤0.037 mg/kg。试验相对标准偏差在 2.64 %~ 3.50 %之间,精密度良好;加标回收试验,回收率在 96.36 %~97.93 %之间,准确度高,符合分析要求。
Abstract:By graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of the content of lead in peanut oil, in phosphate dibasic ammonium and nitrate mixed solution as matrix modifier, ashing temperature of 850 ℃, atomization temperature of 1 600 ℃,under the condition of measured samples of peanut oil in lead con- tent was less than or equal to 0.037 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation was between 3.50 % and 2.64 %, and the precision was good. The recovery rate was between 97.93 % and 96.36 %, and the accuracy was high, which was in accordance with the analytical requirements.
