中文摘要: 建立液相色谱-串联质谱法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中 3 种苯扎氯胺同系物残留的方法。样品经 2 %乙酸水溶液 和乙腈超声辅助提取。采用多反应监测模式对目标化合物进行定性和定量测定。在最优条件下,目标化合物在 10 μg/kg~ 500 μg/kg 范围内有较好的线性关系,检出限和定量限分别为 3 μg/kg 和 10 μg/kg。方法加标回收率为 85.1 %~102.1 %, 相对标准偏差(RSD)为 3.05 %~8.35 %。采用所建立的方法对中国市面上的婴幼儿配方乳粉进行检测,10 个检测样品 中均有苯扎氯胺存在,浓度范围为 73 μg/kg~501 μg/kg。
Abstract:A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was established for the simultaneous determination of residues of 3 benzalkonium chloride homologs in infant formula milk powder. Samples were extracted with 2 % acetic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile by ultrasonic. Identification and quantification of the compounds was by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)mode. Under the optimal experimental conditions, good linearity was observed in the range of 10 μg/kg-500 μg/kg. The limits of detection and quantification were 3 μg/kg and 10 μg/kg, respectively. The average spiked recoveries of the method were in the range of 85.1 %-102.1 % with the relative standard devia- tions (RSD)of 3.05 %-8.35 %. After validation, the method was applied to the analysis of benzalkonium chlo- ride residues in infant formula milk powder in China. A screening of 10 samples revealed the presence of benza- lkonium chloride with the concentration were in the range of 73 μg/kg -501 μg/kg.
