中文摘要: 建立绿茶中 28 种农药残留同时测定的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。 绿茶样品采用乙腈超声提取, 经 Cleanert TPT(2 g/12 mL)复合固相萃取小柱净化,气相色谱-质谱分析,内标法定量。方法的添加回收试验表明:在 0.05、 0.15 mg/kg 两个添加水平,28 种农药的平均回收率为 82.5 %~106.7 %,相对标准偏差为 2.6 %~7.1 %;方法的检出限 为 0.005 mg/kg~0.040 mg/kg。该方法样品前处理简单,适合批量前处理,准确度、精密度和灵敏度均符合农药多残留检 测的技术要求。
Abstract:A method for the determination of 28 pesiticide residues in green tea has been established using GCMS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). The samples were extracted by acetonitrile in an ultrasonic bath and cleaned up by Cleanert TPT (2 g/12 mL)solid phase extraction (SPE) columns. The analytes were deter- mined by GC-MS and quantified by internal standard method. The results of the spiked level test showed that the average recovery of 28 pesticides ranged from 82.5 % to 106.7 % with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.6 %-7.1 % at the spike levels of 0.05 mg/kg and 0.15 mg/kg. The limits of detection were 0.005 mg/kg-0.040 mg/kg. The sample pretreatment method is simple and suitable for batch processing. Moreover the accura- cy, precision and sensitivity of this method can meet the requirements of the multiple pesticide residue analysis.
