梵净山绿茶中10种有害元素含量测定分析

中文摘要: 了解梵净山绿茶中铅、砷、镉、铬、汞、铜、锌、钴、镍、锡 10 种有害元素含量,为茶叶的加工生产和安全质量控 制提供科学依据。采用微波消解法消解样品,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定样品中重金属元素含量。 结果表明:从整体水平上看,梵净山绿茶中重金属含量远低于国家卫生标准,重金属含量处在安全的水平,茶叶中 10种 重金属平均含量为锌>铜>镍>铬>钴>铅>锡 >砷>镉>汞, 其中锌的含量最高达 36.476 3 mg/kg,Hg 未检出。 本方法在 0~1 000 ng/mL 内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 9),元素检出限为 0.000 056 46 ng/mL~0.098 85 ng/mL,加标回收率为96.00 %~102.20 % ,相对标准偏差为 0.90 %~4.33 %。
Abstract:The contents of ten harmful elements, including Pb, As, Cd, Cr, Hg, Cu, Zn, Co, Ni and Sn in green tea samples from Fanjing Mountain were analyzed to provide a scientific guidance for safety and quality control. Metal contents were analyzed by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results indicated that the contents of heavy metals were generally lower than the national stan- dards. The contents of the ten metal elements were in a descending order as Zn, Cu, Ni, Cr, Co, Pb, Sn, As, Cd and Hg, where Zn content could amount to 36.476 3 mg/kg and Hg was not detected. This method had a good linear relationship in 0-1 000 ng/mL(r ≥ 0.999 9). The limits of detection ranged from 0.000 056 46 ng/mL to 0.098 85 ng/mL; the recovery rate was 96.00 %-102.20 % and the relative standard deviation was 0.90 %-4.33 %.
