中文摘要: 对比分析 4 种青稞与 24 种中外大麦茶和 2 种国外引进的栽培大麦共 30 个样品中微量元素 Fe、Zn、Se、Mn、 Cu 的含量,为青稞新产品的研发提供理论依据。采用原子吸收光谱法测定样品 Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu 和 Se 的含量,测定结 果为:30 个样品 Fe 的含量在 19.29 mg/kg~49.04 mg/kg 之间,平均含量最高的为青稞,达 45.45 mg/kg;Zn 的含量在9.04 mg/kg~27.33 mg/kg 之间,平均含量最高的为青稞,达 22.89 mg/kg;Se 的含量在 7.57 μg/kg~155.12 μg/kg 之间,平均含 量最高为青稞,达 41.39 μg/kg;Mn 的含量在 5.55 mg/kg~12.64 mg/kg 之间,平均含量最高的为青稞,达 11.76 mg/kg;Cu 的含量在 1.58 mg/kg~5.78 mg/kg 之间,平均含量最高的为青稞,达 4.44 mg/kg。实验数据表明:甘孜州青稞营养价值较 高,对新产品研发具有一定意义。

Abstract:Trace elements of Fe, Zn, Se, Mn and Cu are gained by analyzing 4 kinds of highland barley, 24 sorts of sino-foreign barley tea and 2 types of imported barley to provide the theory for the development of new production from barley. The analysis of Fe, Zn, Se, Mn and Cu in the 30 samples with atomic absorption spec- trometry (AAS) suggests their great differences: Fe's content scope of 19.29 mg/kg-49.04 mg/kg, the average was the highest in the barley,reached 45.45 mg/kg;Zn's content scope of 9.04 mg/kg-27.33 mg/kg, the average was the highest in the barley,reached 22.89 mg/kg;Se's content scope of 7.57 μg/kg-155.12 μg/kg, the average was the highest in the barley,reached 41.39 μg/kg;Mn's content scope of 5.55 mg/kg-12.64 mg/kg,the average was the highest in the barley,reached 11.76 mg/kg;Cu's content scope of 1.58 mg/kg-5.78 mg/kg,the average was the highest in the barley,reached 4.44 mg/kg.Experimental data showed that: high nutritional value of high- land barley in Ganzi Prefecture,of new product development has certain significance.
