中文摘要: 采用气质联用技术建立一套检测食品接触材料纸和纸板中的甲醛含量的新方法。正交试验结果得出最佳衍 生条件为:衍生温度 60 ℃,衍生时间 20 min,衍生试剂用量为每 1 mL 样品添加 0.4 mL,萃取试剂为二氯甲烷。基于最 佳处理条件下,采用外标法对甲醛进行定量,甲醛浓度在 0.5 mg/L~4.0 mg/L 呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为 0.998 8。 经试验得出,本方法适用于食品包装材料纸和纸板样品中甲醛含量的检测,样品平均加标回收率为 86 %,相对标准 偏差 RSD 为 2.48 %,方法检出限为 0.78 mg/L。对路边摊手抓饼包装纸中甲醛含量的检测结果发现,与国标方法—— 乙酰丙酮分光光度法相比,两种方法的检测结果并无显著性差异。试验表明,本方法所检测的手抓饼包装袋中甲醛含 量均超过了 GB 9685-2008《食品容器、包装材料用添加剂使用卫生标准》规定的 15 mg/kg。
Abstract:A modified method to determine formaldehyde contents in food packing materials by gas chromatog- raphy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) following derivatization with acetylacetone was studied. The derivative re- action at 60 °C for 20 min with 0.4 mL derivatization reagent per milliliter sample was the optimal condition with dichloromethane as extraction reagent. The qualification of formaldehyde was quantified by an external standard method. Under optimal experimental conditions, good linearity was observed in the range of 0.5 mg/L-4.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 8. This method fits for food packing materials (paper and cardboard) to determine the formaldehyde contents which obtained a recovery rate of 86 % with a 2.48 % relative standard de- viations(RSD)and 0.78 mg/L limit of detection(LOD). Compared with acetylacetone spectrophotometry, there was no difference between of their values. The results showed thatthe formaldehyde contents of seven wrappers of shredded cake determined exceeded the content of 15 mg/kg of the standard of GB 9685-2008 .
