中文摘要: 以经脱脂后的葡萄籽为原料,挤压-超声波联用法提取其中原花青素。采用单因素和正交试验确定最优工艺条件。研究结果表明,挤压处理最优条件:物料含水率10%、挤压温度100℃、螺杆转速120 r/min。超声提取的最优条件为:超声时间15min、超声波功率80W、料液比1∶20(g/mL)、乙醇浓度50%、处理温度45℃。按挤压-超声波联用最优工艺条件提取,原花青素的得率高达(4.41±0.07)%。
Abstract:Extrusion in conjunction with ultrasonic treatment was used to extract proanthocyanidins from defatted grape seeds.The optimal extraction conditions by single factor test and orthogonal test were obtained.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of extrusion treatment were as following:material moisture content 10%,extrusion temperature 100℃and screw speed 120 r/min.The optimal extraction conditions of ultrasonic treatment were as following:the ultrasonic time 15 min,the ultrasonic power 80 W,the ratio of material to liquid 1∶20(g/mL),ethanol concentration 50%,the temperature 45℃.Under this condition,proanthocyanidins yield could reach up to(4.41±0.07)%.
