中文摘要: 低聚木糖是由木糖单元组成的低聚物,在蔬菜、水果、牛奶和蜂蜜等食品中广泛存在。作为良好的可食性膳食纤维来源,低聚木糖具有提高肠道健康和增加机体免疫等多种生物学活性,并具有良好的加工性能,因此被广泛应用于食品、医药及饲料等领域。本文阐述了低聚木糖主要生物活性、制备方法及应用方面的国内外研究进展。

Abstract:Xylooligosaccharides (XOS)are composed of xylose units,which widely exist in the nature of vegetables,fruits,milk and honey and are produced by main raw material of lignocellulose in industry processing.As edible source of dietary fiber,XOS has some biological activities involving improving intestinal health,strengthening immune and promising processing performances.So it has widely used in food,feed and other fields.In this paper,the production status,preparation and the application of XOS was stated and the research improvement was also illustrated.
