中文摘要: 螺旋藻营养丰富,可以补充人体蛋白质和维生素,现多以片剂和保健饮料出现,长久以来并未发现它有何毒副作用。此外,其中的多糖、藻蓝蛋白及蛋白酶解多肽的生物活性亦受到广泛关注。本文综述了螺旋藻多糖、藻蓝蛋白及蛋白酶解多肽的抗肿瘤作用及其机理。
Abstract:Spirulina platensis has been used as a source of protein and vitamin supplements,and has been sold as a health drink or pills in tablet form without any undesirable effect on human.Futhermore,the biological activities of its polysaccharides,phycocyanin and proteolytic peptides also attract widespread attention.This article reviews the polysaccharide of spirulina platensis(PSP),phycocyanin and proteolytic peptides of anti-tumor effect and its mechanism.
