中文摘要: 通过单因素试验和正交试验对酸解法提取脱淀粉玉米纤维中半纤维素的工艺进行优化,确定酸解的最佳酸浓度、时间、温度和料液比。结果表明:半纤维素提取的最佳条件为酸解温度110℃,时间2 h,酸浓度0.5%,料液比为1∶12.5(g/mL),在此条件下半纤维素的提取率达94.45%。
Abstract:In order to explore the best temperature,time,acid concentration and solid-liquid rate of the extraction rate of hemicellulose from corn fiber,the cooking process was used on the basis of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that optimum destarching conditions were solid-water rate of 1∶12.5(g/mL),temperature of 110℃,acid concentration of 0.5%,time of 2 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of hemicellulose was 94.45%.
