中文摘要: 利用Box-Behnken响应面法对超声波辅助提取酸枣多糖工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上,选择超声波功率、超声时间和液料比为考察因素,以酸枣多糖提取得率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法考察各个因素及其交互作用对酸枣多糖提取得率的影响。最佳提取工艺为:超声波功率为360W,超声时间为23 min,液料比为45∶1(mL/g)。在优化提取工艺参数条件下提取3批酸枣,平均提取得率为(4.8±0.69)%(n=3)。利用Box-Behnken响应面法优化超声波辅助提取酸枣多糖工艺,方法简便,预测性良好。

Abstract:To optimize the process of ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of Polysaccharide from Wild jujube using Box-Benhnken response surface methodology.The single-factor extraction tests and response surfaceanalysis were employed to optimize the technological conditions,including ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and liquid/solid ratios.The experiment results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were ultrasonic power of 360 W,ultrasonic time 23 min,liquid/solid ratios 45 ∶1(mL/g),respectively.Under these conditions,3 batchs Polysaccharide from Wild jujube were extracted.The average extraction rate of Wild jujube Polysaccharides was (4.8±0.69)%(n=3).The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of Wild jujube Polysaccharides using Box-Behnken response surface methodology was simple and good predictability.
