中文摘要: 我国果蔬资源丰富,但其不易贮藏,对果蔬进行深加工有利于增加其附加值,降低果蔬资源的损失率。综述复合果蔬汁饮料的分类及其营养价值,通过分析果蔬汁饮料在国际上的发展进程及其前景,探讨复合果蔬汁饮料的加工技术。
Abstract:Our country is rich in fruitand vegetables,butthey are noteasy stored.Deep processing offruits and vegetables is beneficial to increase the added value,and reduce the loss rate of fruit and vegetable resources. The classification of the fruitand vegetable juice drinks and their nutritional value were reviewed in this paper. The processing technology of composite beverage of fruit and vegetable juice was also discussed,through the analysis offruitand vegetable juice beverage in the world and its prospects ofdevelopmentprocess.
