中文摘要: 在经济高速发展的今天,人们对食品品质要求越来越高,不同于以往满足基本营养要求,现如今,消费者选购食品时对外观和口感的要求也越来越高,产品的个性化和趣味性极大的影响消费者的购买决定。在此基础上我们提出现代食品工业设计理念,主要是在了解消费者喜好和购买心理的基础上,对产品的色香味形及外在包装形象进行整体的设计,符合市场需求,进而促进产品的销售,并达到宣扬企业文化等的目的。
Abstract:In this day and age,as a result of rapid economic development,people have an increasing demand on quality of food,different from the very basic need for nutrition in the past.The customers gradually pay more attention to the appearance and taste of food when making a purchase,therefore,characteristics and interestingness of products,to a large extent,could affect the customers'buying decision.On the basis of understanding consumer preference and purchasing psychology,we come up with the concept of modern food industry and design,which is to conduct an overall product design in terms of color,flavor,taste and packaging with the purpose to achieve the objectives of meeting market needs,promoting products sales and further expanding the enterprise culture.
