Abstract:With the development and utilization of aquatic plants and animals，aquatic products play an increasingly important role in people's lives，its security is also of concerned.Aquatic products are in a wide range of organotin and physical and chemical properties，select of the appropriate pretreatment and analysis methods is important for scientific testing of organotin.The organotin pretreatment methods and seafood organotin speciation analysis were reviewed in this paper，then the latest speciation analysis methods are prospected.
