Abstract:This article summary the research progress of proteins from ginkgo leaf and seed.It contains extraction and purification,character and function,application of the Ginkgo biloba protein.In addition,discussion of research direction,prospective of development and application of Ginkgo biloba protein were also included. This paper provide basis for research and product development of the Ginkgo biloba protein.
