中文摘要: 绿茶提取物含有茶多酚、茶氨酸、生物碱等活性物质,具有很强的抗氧化能力,对化学性肝损伤具有显著的保护作用,本文就国内外绿茶提取物对化学性肝损伤保护作用及提高其生物利用率的研究进行了阐述,并分析了绿茶提取物的安全性,对其在功能食品上的应用进行了综述,最后对绿茶提取物的应用及前景进行了展望。
Abstract:Current studies had revealed that green tea extracts had significantly hepataprotective effect.The scientists have paid extensive attention to the research in this field.The effects and mechanisms of green tea and bioactive component against liver injury and the research of improving the biological availability were introduced.The safety of the green tea extracts was analyzed.In addition,the future development trend had also been discussed.
