Abstract:This paper provided a typical Canadian breakfast food-oat meal pest control method in a typical Canada food plant.By analysis its daily insect procedure and food safety detection technologies，it showed us the dynamic production in the manufacture area.Meanwhile the method to learn how to minimize pest activity was becoming more seriously during the oat meal manufactures.
