中文摘要: 研究明日叶对肥胖大鼠降脂减肥的影响。在肥胖模型基础上,将32只雄性SD大鼠分为安静对照组、运动组、补充明日叶组及补充明日叶结合运动组,六周中速有氧训练结束后测定各组大鼠体重、身长、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清瘦素(Lp)及瘦素受体(OB-Rb)mRNA相对表达量。结果表明,与安静组比较,各干预组FFA、LPL显著升高,TG显著降低;瘦素水平在各干预组显著降低,脂肪组织瘦素受体mRNA相对表达量显著升高。研究表明,明日叶具有降脂减肥的作用,并且与有氧运动相结合会产生更为明显的效果。

Abstract:The effect of Ashitaba on lipid metabolism was studied.Male obesity rats were used as research rats. 32 rats were randomly divided into four groups:quiet group,Ashitaba supplement group,exercise group and Ashitaba combined with exercise.6 weeks aerobic exercise later,the levels of FFA,LPL,TG,LP,OB-Rb mRNA relative expression and heigh,weight of rats were determined.Compared with quiet group,the levels of FFA,LPL of treated groups were significantly higher,while the level of TG was obviously lower.Leptin content was remarkablely decreased and OB-Rb mRNA relative expression level was increased.This study indicated that Ashitaba had the role of weight lose,and could show a better effect combined with aerobic exercise.
