中文摘要: 研究大豆及大豆制品中甲醛含量的气相色谱-串联质谱联用仪检测方法;对市售大豆中甲醛本底含量进行检测。以衍生溶液提取样品中甲醛,盐析后取乙腈层采用气相色谱-串联质谱联用仪检测。甲醛的回收率为83.9%~95.6%;相对标准偏差为2.50%。该方法用于大豆及大豆制品中甲醛含量检测结果满意。
Abstract:This paper introduced the determination method of formaldehyde in soybean and soybean products by GC-MS/MS;To detect the background concentration of formaldehyde in the commercial soybean.The sample was extracted with derivatization solution,took acetonitrile layer after salting out,detected by GC-MS/MS.The recovery was found for formaldehyde to be 83.9%-95.6%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.50%.The method used for the detection of formaldehyde in soybean and soybean products with satisfactory results.
