中文摘要: 建立使亲水色谱柱同时测定硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的高效液相色谱方法。样品匀浆后超声提取，高速离心处理，采用亲水色谱柱分离，乙酸铵和乙腈作为流动相进行等度洗脱，210 nm紫外检测。该方法简便快捷、准确可靠，成本低廉，适用于多种蔬菜中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的分析。
Abstract:The method to determination of nitrate and nitrite in vegetables was established by HILIC column. Vegetables samples were pre-treated by ultrasonic extraction and high-speed centrifugation，separated by HILIC column which used ammonium acetate and acetonitrile as the mobile phase，isocratic elution and UV detection at 210 nm.The method was simple，rapid，accurate and reliable，cheap，and suited forthe analysis of nitrite and nitrate in vegetables.
