中文摘要: 对气相色谱质谱联用法测定食品接触材料中三氯羟基二苯醚含量的过程中可能引入的不确定度进行分析和评定。通过试验数据计算得出食品接触材料中三氯羟基二苯醚含量的不确定度为:当取置信概率为95%,包含因子k= 2,则其扩展不确定度为urel=5.14%。通过对不确定度的分析,指出在检测过程中质量控制的关键在于标准物质的浓度和气相色谱分析过程,并提出质量控制改进方法。
Abstract:Uncertainties originated from the measurement of cloxifenol content in the food contact material by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)were evaluated.The relative uncertainty(urel)of the cloxifenolether concentration was calculated to be 5.14%from the experimental data when the designed incredible probability was 95%and factor(k)was 2.From the results of uncertainty analyses,it was concluded that the key issures for quality control of the testing were reference materials and the porcess of GC/MS analysis.Based on these uncertainty analyses,some methods used to improve the quality control were also discussed.
