中文摘要: 采用原子吸收法测定苦杏仁(太白山)中微量元素Mn、CaFe、Zn、Cu、Mg的含量,研究了不同元素测定时仪器的最佳工作条件,方法精密度,并用加标回收法检验准确性,回收率在96.00%~103.72%之间。结果表明太白山苦杏仁中含有人体所必须的微量元素,各金属元素的含量从高到低依此为Ca、Zn、Fe、Mg、Cu、Mn。

Abstract:Microelements,Mn,Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mg,in the sugary almond of Taibaishan were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,determined the samples under the digest system of normal pressured and the reliability was tested by the standard recovery.The experimental conditions were optimized and the recovery rate was 96.00%-103.72%.It is interesting to note that the concentration of necessary microelements.The concentration order of microelements in the prunus dulcis was Ca>Fe>Zn>Mg>Cu>Mn.
