中文摘要: 茶皂素是一种存在于茶树种子(茶籽、茶叶籽)中的天然表面活性剂,具有乳化、分散等表面活性以及抑菌、抗 炎等多种生物活性,广泛应用于化工、农药、饲料、医药等领域。介绍从油茶饼粕中提取茶皂素的生产工艺以及茶皂素粗 品纯化的方法,以期为油茶饼粕的综合利用提供一定参考。

Abstract:Tea Saponin is a pure surfactants which is mainly existed in tea seeds. Tea Saponin has many excel- lent surface activities,such as emulsification,decentralization etc.It also have many biological activities,such as bacteriostasic activity , anti - inflammatory effect and so on. It is widely used in chemical industry,pesticide, feedstuff,medicine and other important fields.The article has introduced the extraction methods from Oil-teacake and the purification methods from crude product of tea saponin.The purpose of the article was to give some construtive references for comprehensive utilization of Oil-tea-cake.
