Abstract:Colloidal gold technique is a new kind of immune markers.It has widely used for the field of food safe－ ty testing and rapid development.This paper briefly described the colloidal gold immune chromatography tech－ nology in lean meat powder，protein powder，edible pigment，antibiotics and other banned substances in the field of research and application of food， and pointed out its application prospect.
