Abstract:Colloidal gold technique is a new kind of immune markers.It has widely used for the field of food safe- ty testing and rapid development.This paper briefly described the colloidal gold immune chromatography tech- nology in lean meat powder,protein powder,edible pigment,antibiotics and other banned substances in the field of research and application of food, and pointed out its application prospect.
