中文摘要: 我国天然资源十分丰富,小分子天然产物具有多种生理活性,在医药及食品等领域得到了广泛应用。通过对近 年来体外酸碱水解法在小分子天然产物的定量检测、定性分析、高活性苷元制备中的应用以及水解动力学研究现状进 行归纳,为更多小分子天然产物利用体外酸碱水解进行深入探究提供了依据。

Abstract:Natural resources are extremely abundant in China. Small-molecule natural products are widely used in fields such as medicine and food because of their physiological activities. By summarizing the application of in vitro acid/alkali hydrolysis methods in the preparation of highly active aglycone, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of small-molecule natural products, and the research status of hydrolysis kinetics, it provided theoreti- cal basis for the further research of more small-molecule substances.
