聚酰胺-大孔树脂联用富集桑叶总黄酮工艺研究

中文摘要: 样品溶液先以聚酰胺吸附,水洗除杂,再将除杂后的聚酰胺加于大孔吸附树脂顶部,以乙醇洗脱,富集桑叶总 黄酮。 试验结果显示聚酰胺与 D-101 大孔树脂联用能有效富集桑叶中的总黄酮。 最佳工艺条件为聚酰胺料液比 2.50 g/mL,大孔树脂料液比 5.50 g/mL,以 80 %乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液 6 BV,富集总黄酮纯度为 48.09 %。该方法优于目前 常用的桑叶总黄酮富集方法,工艺稳定简单,具有较好的可行性。
Abstract:Polyamide adsorbed with sample was washed with water first to eliminate the impurities and then was loaded on the top of macroporous resin.The total flavonoids of mulberry leaves were enriched by eluting with ethanol.The results showed that D -101 resin combined with polyamide could effectively enrich the total flavonoids of mulberry leaves. The preferred condition for the procedure was as following:the weight of polyamide and D-101 resin was 2.50 and 5.50 times of the volume of sample,respectively.The volume of 80 % ethanol for elution was 6 times of the column volume.The purity of total flavonoids reached to 48.09 %.The pro- cess is simple and convenient, and the regeneration of resin is easy,which has a good application foreground.
