中文摘要: 建立保健食品中三价铬和六价铬分离和测定的方法。通过对前处理阶段的研究发现,硝酸,高温,高压均可使 样品中的六价铬转化成三价铬,影响样品中六价铬的测定。10 %HCl 热水浸提可以有效的完成铬的释放,且可以防止六 价铬转化为三价铬。通过上述的前处理,将消解液过强阴离子交换树脂后,测得三价铬的回收率高达 96.2 %,六价铬的 回收率低至 0.6 %,且保健食品铬酵母片中的铬均为三价铬。
Abstract:A method was developed for the separation and measurement of trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium in health food. Though the study of pretreatment process, It was found that nitric acid, high tempera- ture and high pressure could make the hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium, which impacted the mea- surement of the sample. It was found that the sample which was preprocessed with 10 % HCl and hot water could be effectively released chromium, and could prevent the conversion of hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium. The separation of trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium was achieved well on strong anion ex- change resin, the recovery rate of trivalent chromium achieved 96.2 % and the recovery rate of trivalent chromi- um achieved as low as 0.6 %. In the other hand, the chromium in health food of chromium yeast tablets was trivalent chromium.
