Abstract:Using microbiological inhibition method， the macrolides residues of erythromycin and spiramycin in living animals were tested by using the micrococcus luteus CMCC 28001 as a indicator bacteria. In addition， several technical parameters such as selectivity and specificity of strain， the method of extracting， preparation conditions of plate and the detection limit were also researched in this study.
