中文摘要: 采用藤黄微球菌 CMCC 28001 作为指示菌,用微生物抑制法对活体动物中大环内酯类药物红霉素、螺旋霉素残 留进行检测。对菌种的选择性和特异性、样品提取方法、平板制备条件、方法检出限等技术参数进行研究。
Abstract:Using microbiological inhibition method, the macrolides residues of erythromycin and spiramycin in living animals were tested by using the micrococcus luteus CMCC 28001 as a indicator bacteria. In addition, several technical parameters such as selectivity and specificity of strain, the method of extracting, preparation conditions of plate and the detection limit were also researched in this study.
