大野荞不同器官可溶性糖的抗氧化能力

中文摘要: 用蒽酮比色法测定大野荞(Fagopyrum Megaspartanium)不同器官中可溶性糖的含量,并采用 NBT 光化还原法、 Fenton 反应法和钼酸铵显色分光光度法研究了大野荞不同器官(茎、叶、花和种子)可溶性糖体外抗羟基自由基(·OH)、 超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的能力。结果表明:大野荞不同器官可溶性糖体外均能抗·OH、·O2-和 H2O2。抗·OH 的能力为:花、种子>茎、叶;抗·O2-的能力为:花>叶、种子、茎;抗 H2O2 的能力为:花、叶>茎>种子。
Abstract:Total soluble sugar in different organs of Fagopyrum megaspartanium was extracted and determined by anthrone colorimetric method. And the capacity of scavenging·OH,·O2- and H2O2 of total soluble sugar ex- tracts from four organs (aerial stem, leaf, flower and seed) of Fagopyrum megaspartanium was also studied by means of nitro blue terra-zolium photochemica reduction, Fenton reaction and spectrophotometric assay. The results showed that total soluble sugar extracts had the capacity of resisting·OH,·O2- and H2O2. The capacity of resisting·OH was sorted as: flower, seed>aerial stem, leaf. The capacity of resisting·O2- was sorted as: flow- er>leaf, seed, aerial stem. The capacity of resisting H2O2 was sorted as: flower, leaf>aerial stem>seed.
