中文摘要: 本试验采用非均相体系反向微乳液法在室温下合成 PtRu 合金纳米粒子,采用 X 射线粉末衍射(XRD)、高分辨 率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和 X 射线能量色散谱(EDS)表征 PtRu 合金纳米粒子的结构、形貌、尺寸和组成。TEM 图片 与 XRD 结果表明,PtRu 合金纳米晶体为面心立方体结构。采用电化学测量方法,研究了 PtRu 合金纳米晶修饰的玻碳 电极(PtRu/GCE)传感器对较高浓度的葡萄糖的检测性能。试验结果表明:在 1×10-2 mol/L~1 mol/L 范围内 PtRu/GCE 对葡 萄糖检测具有良好的线性关系,具有良好的检测性、稳定性和重现性。
Abstract:In this study, the PtRu alloy nanoparticles were synthesized by reverse microemulsion method at room temperature. The structure, morphology, size and composition of PtRu nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) and energy disper- sive X -ray spectroscopy (EDS). Electrochemical measurement methods characterized PtRu/GCE alloy nanoparticles catalytic performance of glucose. The XRD indicated PtRu nanoparticles display agglomerates with face central cubic (fcc) structure. The results showed that PtRu/GEC had high determination for glucose. The results revealed that the glucose sensor had a good linear relationship in the range of 1×10-2 mol/L-1 mol/L for glucose, and had a good stability and reproducibility.
