中文摘要: 采用十二烷基硫酸铜催化合成植物甾醇硬脂酸酯,研究反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及酸醇摩尔比等因 素对酯化反应的影响。通过单因素试验与响应面试验优化,得出酯化反应的最优制备条件为:反应温度 129 ℃,反应时 间 2.6h 催化剂用量为植物甾醇量 1.15%,酸醇摩尔比为 1.2∶ 1,在此条件下制备植物甾醇硬脂酸酯,其酯化率为 92.59%。

Abstract:This article took dodecyl copper sulfate as catalyst in synthesis of phytosterol esters of stearic acid. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage, molar ratio of acid to alcohol on the esterifi- cation were evaluated through single factor tests, based on which response surface method was adopted to opti- mize the preparation conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the esterification process were as followed: reaction temperature 129 ℃ , the reaction time of 2.6 h, the amount of catalyst 1.15 % , stearic acid to phytosterol mole ratio was 1.2 ∶ 1, esterification rate was 92.59 %.
