中文摘要: 以乳糖为原料,在催化剂作用下通过高温高压还原加氢制备乳糖醇。在此基础上对试验条件进行优化,得到最 佳工艺条件为:乳糖浓度 40 %,催化剂加量为 5 %,初始 pH7.5,反应温度 125 ℃,反应压力 10.0 MPa,反应时间 2.5 h 时, 在此条件下,乳糖醇含量达到 96.86 %。

Abstract:Lactitol was hydrogenated using a catalyst, under high pressure and high temperature suitable for hy- drogenating lactose. The optimal conditions were: the concentration of lactose was 40 %, catalyst dosage was 5 %, initial pH was 7.5, the temperature was 125 ℃, the pressure was 10.0 MPa and the time was 2.5 h, under the above conditions, the content of lactitol reached 96.86 %.
