中文摘要: 采用锐孔-凝固浴法制备硫苷粗提物微胶囊,研究制备条件对硫苷粗提物包埋率的影响,确定微胶囊制备的最 优条件:菜籽油作为中间油相,海藻酸钠浓度 2 %,氯化钙浓度 2 % ,固化时间 15 min,Span 80 10 %,Tween 80 6 %,初乳 中内水相与中间菜籽油的比为 1 ∶ 4(体积比),外水相与上述混合初乳比值为 4,制备的微胶囊对硫苷粗提物的包埋率较 高,粒径均一。
Abstract:In this paper, orifice-coagulation bath method was applied for preparation of glucosinolate crude extract microcapsules. The effects of preparation conditions on glucosinolate crude extract for encapsulation ef- ficiency were estimated, and the optimal conditions for the preparation of microcapsules were identified. Rape- seed oil was the middle oil phase, sodium alginate concentration was 2 % , calcium chloride concentration was 2 %, the curing time was 15min, Span 80 was 10 %, Tween80 was 6 %, the ratio of initial emulsion and outer aqueous solution was 1 ∶ 4, and the ratio of the volume of inner aqueous and oil phase was 4. These microcap- sules of glucosinolate crude extract had high encapsulation efficiency and uniform particle size.
