中文摘要: 选取 5 种型号的大孔树脂 D900、DM-301、ADS-17、S-8、D101 对广西六堡茶中的茶褐素进行纯化,通过对影响 大孔树脂的因素:茶褐素溶液浓度、溶液 pH、洗脱剂、洗脱剂浓度以及上样流速和洗脱流速进行试验,找出了溶液浓度 0.1mg/mL,pH 为 5 时,吸附效果较好,且 50 %乙醇为洗脱剂时的解析效果较好,动态试验中确定了上样流速为 1 mL/min,洗 脱流速为 4 mL/min。

Abstract:In this paper, five types macroporous resin D900, DM-301, ADS-17, S-8, D101 were selected to purify the theabrownin which extracted from GuangXi LiuBao Tea. The effects of Theabrownin solution concen- tration, pH value of solution, eluant type,eluant concentration, Sample velocity and eluent velocity were in- vestigated. The results showed that when the solution concentration is 0.1 mg/mL and the value of pH was 5, the adsorption effect was the best. Besides, used 50 % ethanol as the eluant can reach the best elution effect. Also, through the dynamic experiment the optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: the sample ve- locity 1 mL/min, eluent velocity 4 mL/min.
