中文摘要: 对 3 种不同产地桑葚中抗氧化成分多酚及黄酮类物质进行定量,并对抗氧化性进行了初步探讨。结果表明,这 3 种不同产地桑葚均有比较强的 DPPH 自由基清除能力以及还原能力,是一种优良的天然抗氧化剂。

Abstract:The contents of antioxidant components, polyphenols and flavonoids,in mulberry from three different areas were determined and their antioxidant activities were assayed preliminarily. The results showed that these mulberries from three different origins had relatively strong free radical DPPH scavenging ability and reducing power, which were an excellent natural antioxidants.
