Abstract:The contents of antioxidant components， polyphenols and flavonoids，in mulberry from three different areas were determined and their antioxidant activities were assayed preliminarily. The results showed that these mulberries from three different origins had relatively strong free radical DPPH scavenging ability and reducing power， which were an excellent natural antioxidants.
